Unstoppable Doom Patrol

Jungle Blood

When Pearl receives the first bloody nose of his life, he enters a berserk rage and sets his armor on fire by punching the pearls on it. Many of the chefs become frightened and warn him that he will set the entire ship on fire. However, as a cook, Sanji warns the other chefs they should not be afraid of fire as he leaps over the firewall Pearl has created.

Sanji continues to battle Pearl with his superior speed and kicking abilities. He tells them that a chef's tools include his hands so he only uses his feet when fighting. Pearl becomes increasingly upset as he is trashed by Sanji.

In order to stop him from destroying the ship, Don Krieg throws a knob toward Sanji and Pearl. Luffy is able to deflect it with his Gum Gum Bazooka. The knob instead destroys Don Krieg's ship mast which falls over and subsequently renders Pearl unconscious.

However, the Krieg Pirates have not said their last word. While they were fighting, Gin has taken Zeff down and threatens to take his life as he holds a gun to his head.

Mission 40

While lazing on the couch, Bond receives a vision where everything is pitch black. He wonders what it means and assumes a scientist from Project Apple will come to kill him. As Bond frets, he sees the family photos and imagines his family mourning for him but says he died happily. Bond accepts his fate and goes to Anya’s room to say goodbye, but she says she is busy with homework and shuts the door on him. Bond trudges to Yor, who apologizes to him for forgetting to buy more dog food. And because Loid is out working, Yor decides to cook Bond’s dinner.

Recalling his mysterious vision, Bond concludes that he will die from eating Yor's dinner. Bond starts to panic, then realizes he can refuse to eat the food. However, he recalls Anya telling him that Yor will kill him if he makes her upset, then imagines Yor killing him when he refuses. Defiant, Bond starts thrashing around the house but comes up with an idea: if Loid comes home early, he can make Bond’s dinner and, in turn, prevent his death. With this resolve, the family dog unlocks the door and runs away, bewildering Yor.

Bond runs around the streets of Berlint, sniffing for Loid's scent. He eventually tracks down Loid, who is outside the Born Industries facility. His current mission is to steal a sample of "Gerrulimus," a new truth serum developed by the company. However, because he has no time to collect intel for impersonation, his only option is to infiltrate directly. He is surprised when Bond shows up and tells him to go home. Bond refuses and tries to explain his situation to Loid. Loid is confused, so Bond guides him to a route free of people. Loid wonders how Bond knows this and recalls that Born Industries was presumably involved with Project Apple. Assuming Bond knows this and wants payback against the scientists who abused him and his friends as test subjects, Loid lets him tag along to complete their missions.

The two infiltrate the facility and make their way to the laboratory, which is full of specimen lockers, one of them containing the serum. While Loid works to find it, Bond has another vision. He foresees the staff returning to the lab, causing Loid to hold them off, and orders Bond to run home. Bond becomes distressed and warns Loid to hide. Before hiding, he leaves a note saying the Gerrulimus has been stolen for the staff to see, tricking them into opening and checking the locker with the serum. Loid and a masked Bond jump down on the men and knock them out. Loid thanks Bond as he retrieves the sample and says he can go home early. As a result, Bond has a vision of Loid making his dinner and Yor happy for his safety, and he barks for joy.

Kali

To speak of Kali is to speak of the beginning of time itself.

Across the majestic lands of Hindustan rose an army of demons that conquered the countryside and slaughtered the people. Yet, when the Gods themselves were defeated, Devi, the supreme Goddess, emerged to throw back this host and protect the faithful.

Three forms she took during these ancient times. The first, Durga, the Mother of Creation, was as radiant as she was fearsome. Astride her tiger, she scattered the demon horde until she encountered the horrendous Raktabija. For each wound she gave the demon, his cursed blood created a copy, quickly resulting in an unstoppable army of Raktabija clones. Rage boiled at the corners of Durga's mind, in the quest to slaughter and destroy evil. From the forehead of Durga sprung her wrathful form, with skin darkened and eyes glowing a menacing red.

Thus was Kali, the Black One, Goddess of Time and Destruction, the second form of Devi born.

Rarely has Kali been seen since, kept in the shadows of Devi's mind, but when the tides of battle shift and evil looms large, there is no solution but unrestrained destruction of evil, and Kali once again, walks the Earth.

The Skeleton King

At the behest of the Zakarum church, Leoric traveled from Kehjistan to Khanduras and declared himself king. Acting on counsel from his trusted advisor, Archbishop Lazarus, Leoric established his seat of power in the town of Tristram. He eventually won the hearts and minds of his subjects, and ruled as a wise and just king for many years.

Lazarus convinced Leoric to settle in Tristram because he knew Diablo was imprisoned beneath Tristram's cathedral - and after Lazarus released Diablo, the demon tried to possess Leoric. Weakened due to his long imprisonment, Diablo only succeeded in driving Leoric mad. The king grew irrational and paranoid, and declared war against the neighboring kingdom of Westmarch. Lazarus brought the king's youngest son, Albrecht, into the labyrinth so Diablo could use him as a host instead. The loss of his son made Leoric's madness worse, and he began torturing and executing innocent citizens.

Lachdanan, the captain of Leoric's knights, returned from the war in Westmarch with only a few ragged survivors. Finding the kingdom in disarray and its people gripped by terror, Lachdanan confronted Leoric and was ultimately forced to kill him. Lachdanan and his men buried their king in the tombs beneath the cathedral, but Diablo raised Leoric from the dead as the Skeleton King.

Albrecht's older brother, Aidan, eventually vanquished the monster their father had become. Twenty-two years later, the Fallen Star that struck Tristram's cathedral reawakened Leoric's spirit. At Deckard Cain's behest, the Nephalem retrieved Leoric's old crown and used it to bind his spirit to his skeletal remains, allowing them to confront and defeat him.

Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost

Squidward has just completed a wax sculpture of himself and declares that he has "conquered all artistic media." He is annoyed by SpongeBob and Patrick, who are playing a loud game, and goes to take a bath. SpongeBob and Patrick begin playing catch with a shell, but it flies into Squidward's house and knocks over the wax sculpture. The two think they have injured Squidward, and after several attempts to "resuscitate" him, they believe that Squidward has perished.

Having finished his bath, Squidward dramatically emerges from the bathroom in a rush of steam, wearing talcum powder and a white bathrobe. SpongeBob and Patrick believe that they are seeing Squidward's ghost, and, hoping to evade his wrath, promise to obey his every command. Rather than telling them the truth, Squidward plays along in order to have them pamper him and do chores for him.

When instructed to clean one of Squidward's rooms, SpongeBob and Patrick come across a comic book that details the story of the Flying Dutchman. According to the story, the Dutchman haunts the ocean because his corpse was callously used for a window display in a store instead of being put to rest. Sensing the similarity between the Dutchman and Squidward, the two friends decide that they should put Squidward. Despite Squidward's objections, SpongeBob and Patrick arrange for his burial and invite others to mourn him.

Squidward finally admits his charade, but SpongeBob and Patrick believe that Squidward is simply in denial about his death. SpongeBob blows a large bubble that encapsulates Squidward and sends him floating right out of the water, up to "the great beyond." As Squidward floats in the air, he is plagued by a flock of seagulls, much to his distress.

Oda Eiichiro

Lately I find myself not feeling the least self-conscious when I go to a toy store and stand alongside other kids looking at the merchandise. Wonder if that's because I've awakened to the fact that I draw comics.

最近おもちゃ屋に行き子供にまざって商品を見るのが恥ずかしくない。漫画家である自覚のせいか
