Slardar, the Slithereen Guard

Slardar is a Slithereen, one of the Deep Ones, guardian of a vast network of sunken cities and the ancient riches buried within them. In the lightless gulf of the deepest ocean abysses, the Slithereen Guard patrols secret treasure rooms, ever vigilant against the subaqueous thieves sent into the deeps by covetous dryland sorcerers. He is utterly loyal, and his taciturn nature hides deep knowledge of the most secret places of the sea. He rises to the shallows in spite of the pain caused him by brightness, to commit reconnaissance, to make sure no one is conspiring against the depths, and sometimes in relentless pursuit of the rare few who manage to steal off with an item from the Sunken Treasury. Because he has spent his whole life at great pressure, under tremendous weight of the sea, Slardar the Slithereen Guard is a creature of immense power.

One The rough shape of the  Lantis Mountains  was semi-visible in the misty clouds, fuzzily outlined by the lone moon in the dark shadows. Chapter 3

Luffy and Koby arrive at an island with a Marine base, where a man named Roronoa Zoro is being held prisoner. Despite the fact that Zoro is seen as being a demon, Luffy is insistent on having him on his crew, and goes to meet him. There, he and Koby meet Rika, a young girl that Zoro protected, causing him to be imprisoned. The Vow Eternal Introducing Pirate Hunter Zoro Out at sea, Koby and Luffy are discussing Luffy's decision to recruit Zoro. Sometime later, they arrive at the Marine base Zoro is being held at. Luffy is surprised that they actually arrived, and Koby points out that these are the basics of navigation. Koby points out that Luffy can not just float around out at sea and that he must find a navigator soon. Luffy then says they should go eat. At a restaurant, when Koby and Luffy discuss parting ways, Luffy mentions Zoro's name with shocking results from the other customers. Time of Lunar Eclipse

One It was a moonless night, and there were dark clouds over the forest. Occasionally a gust of wind blew, and the leaves rustled very softly. Alucard swung a sword, cutting down two lower demons who had snuck around to attack from the flanks. "Those things are so annoying." Since encountering a small group of demon scouts in the southeastern foothills of the Lantis Mountains, Alucard pursued them all the way, and saw a large group of demons on the edge of the forest. They were surrounding a small group of elves, steadily tightening the encirclement. Alucard glanced at the besieged elves. The leading elven girl held a silver bow with her hair tied up high, directing the elves to launch a counterattack. Right after, he unlocked the seal on his right hand and rushed into the battlefield. The demons were disrupted by the sudden enemy's deployment.
