Nami had a plan. A plan to finally rid herself of the troublesome Monkey D. Luffy once and for all. She had teamed up with the devious pirate Buggy, who promised her riches beyond her wildest dreams if she could eliminate the rubbery pirate captain. 
 
As Nami crept up behind Luffy, ready to strike, a voice behind her made her freeze in her tracks. It was Buggy, his face twisted into a sinister grin. 
 
Kill him, Nami. Kill Luffy and the treasure will be yours, Buggy whispered in her ear. 
 
Nami hesitated. She had never been one to take a life, no matter how much she may have wanted to in the past. But the thought of all that treasure was tempting. 
 
Before Nami could make a decision, a loud noise echoed through the air. The Buggy Cannon had been accidentally lit, aiming directly at Luffy. 
 
With a sudden burst of courage, Nami rushed forward and grabbed hold of the cannon, using all her strength to push it away from Luffy. The cannon fired, but harmlessly into the air. 
 
Just when Nami thought she had saved her captain, Buggy lunged towards her, ready to strike. But before he could reach her, a blur of green appeared in front of her. 
 
It was Zoro, the swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates. With a swift motion, he drew his swords and chopped Buggy up into little pieces, his laughter turning into pained screams. 
 
Nami watched in awe as Zoro made quick work of the once formidable pirate. She realized in that moment that she had almost made a terrible mistake, and she vowed to never betray her crew again. 
 
As the sun set on the horizon, the Straw Hat Pirates sailed away into the unknown, their bond stronger than ever before. And Nami knew that no amount of treasure could ever compare to the family she had found in her crew.

Chapter 21

After defeating the Buggy Pirates, Luffy, Zoro and Nami are about to depart with Buggy's treasure, but the villagers arrive and ask about the pirates. Seeing that their mayor has been knocked out, they ask who did it, and Luffy admits it was him. While they are being chased out of the village, Chouchou helps them escape by holding back the villagers. The mayor soon wakes up, and after asking about Luffy and the others, runs after them to thank them as they sail away. The War of the Shifting Sands Townies Luffy, having beaten Buggy, begins to leave the city with Zoro and Nami. Nami splits the loot into two bags: one for Luffy and one for herself. When the villagers arrive, they find Boodle unconscious, and Luffy admits that he knocked him out. The villages then ask if they are pirates, and Luffy cheerfully says he is, angering them and causing them to give chase. Chapter 107

After the Straw Hats all fall asleep during their welcoming party on Whisky Peak, their welcomers, who are revealed to be Baroque Works agents, prepare to capture them for Luffy's bounty. However, Zoro confronts them after having pretended to pass out, and 100 Baroque Works agents come to deal with him. He manages to overwhelm several of them, and Mr. 8, Miss Monday, Mr. 9, and Miss Wednesday prepare to deal with him personally. Moonlight and Tombstones As night falls on Whisky Peak, the welcoming party for the Straw Hats continues. Usopp regales the people with his stories, Zoro and Nami outlast them in drinking, Sanji woos several women, and Luffy eats enough food for 20 people.
