Once upon a time in the fantastical world of Grand Line, Morgan's Marines were a feared group, led by the ruthless Captain Morgan. They ruled over the land with an iron fist, causing chaos and despair wherever they went. 
 
But one day, a brave pirate named Monkey D. Luffy and his loyal companion Roronoa Zoro arrived in the town, ready to take down Morgan and free the people from his tyranny. With their impressive fighting skills and unwavering determination, they defeated Morgan in a fierce battle, much to the relief of the Marines. 
 
Grateful for their freedom, the Marines allowed Luffy and Zoro to leave peacefully. However, Koby, a young recruit who had once served under Morgan, hesitated to leave with the pirates. The Marines began to question if Koby truly belonged with them, or if he was still loyal to Morgan. 
 
To test Koby's allegiance, Luffy decided to provoke him until he couldn't resist punching him. With a swift punch, Koby proved where his loyalty lay, and was allowed to stay with the Marines. As Luffy and Zoro set sail, Koby made a life-changing decision to join the Marines, determined to make amends for his past mistakes. 
 
As they sailed away, Koby and the Marines saluted Luffy and Zoro, grateful for their bravery and kindness. And so, a new chapter began for Koby, as he trained and worked tirelessly to become a strong and honorable Marine, always remembering the day when he stood up against tyranny with the help of two unlikely heroes.

Chapter 21

After defeating the Buggy Pirates, Luffy, Zoro and Nami are about to depart with Buggy's treasure, but the villagers arrive and ask about the pirates. Seeing that their mayor has been knocked out, they ask who did it, and Luffy admits it was him. While they are being chased out of the village, Chouchou helps them escape by holding back the villagers. The mayor soon wakes up, and after asking about Luffy and the others, runs after them to thank them as they sail away. The War of the Shifting Sands Townies Luffy, having beaten Buggy, begins to leave the city with Zoro and Nami. Nami splits the loot into two bags: one for Luffy and one for herself. When the villagers arrive, they find Boodle unconscious, and Luffy admits that he knocked him out. The villages then ask if they are pirates, and Luffy cheerfully says he is, angering them and causing them to give chase. While the crew is running away, Luffy says that it must be a very good town, because they were prepared to fight pirates ...

Chapter 107

After the Straw Hats all fall asleep during their welcoming party on Whisky Peak, their welcomers, who are revealed to be Baroque Works agents, prepare to capture them for Luffy's bounty. However, Zoro confronts them after having pretended to pass out, and 100 Baroque Works agents come to deal with him. He manages to overwhelm several of them, and Mr. 8, Miss Monday, Mr. 9, and Miss Wednesday prepare to deal with him personally. Moonlight and Tombstones As night falls on Whisky Peak, the welcoming party for the Straw Hats continues. Usopp regales the people with his stories, Zoro and Nami outlast them in drinking, Sanji woos several women, and Luffy eats enough food for 20 people. Meanwhile, Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday report to their boss via letter that they succeeded in luring the Straw Hats to this island.
