Chapter 154

While Kureha and Dalton rejoice about the now possible rebirth of their country, they learn that Chopper has joined a group of pirates whose captain is worth 30,000,000 Beli. Meanwhile, Chopper discovers the life on board the Going Merry with his new friends.

On to Alabasta

Kureha and Dalton are sitting under the sakura snow, now full of hope about the future of their country when a villager appears carrying Luffy's bounty poster. Understanding their friend has encountered some dangerous people, Kureha makes mysterious remarks about Gol D. Roger and the Will of D. When asked about where the poster came from, the villager replies that a few days ago, a stranger appeared, looking for the Blackbeard Pirates who destroyed the island. When the stranger called Ace learned that they have already left, he gave Luffy's poster to the villagers so that, in case he reaches Drum, they can tell Luffy he would wait for him in Arabasta for 10 days.

Onboard the Going Merry, Chopper is full of nostalgia and does not rejoice with the others, who are having a sakura party. However, once Nami gives him his medicine bag, which he had no time to prepare during his hasty departure, he understands that Kureha did it for him, secretly agreeing with his departure. This revelation changes his mood and he quickly learns the crew's customs who happily celebrate the new Straw Hats' doctor.

Meanwhile in Little Garden, an okama named Mr. 2 is searching for Mr. 3 in order to accomplish Crocodile's orders to kill him, but Mr. 3 is nowhere to be found.

Plankton's Army

Mr. Krabs announces to his employees that it is the twenty-fifth anniversary of silver of Plankton's first attempt to steal the Krabby Patty formula. A robot suddenly enters the restaurant and orders chili coral bits. After Mr. Krabs takes the robot's money, Plankton jumps out of the dollar bill and demands the formula, only to reveal he hadn't thought that far after he fails to make a threat. With this, Mr. Krabs proceeds to flush him down the toilet.

Plankton sadly returns to the Chum Bucket and Karen suggests hiring some henchmen to help him. After trying and failing to recruit some thugs at a nightclub, Plankton remembers that he has thousands of relatives across the sea and invites them all over to the Chum Bucket, imagining them all to be evil geniuses like he is. However, when they arrive, he sees that they are all dimwitted rednecks, and realizes that he has "been away from home longer than [he] thought." Once his cousin Clem reintroduces Plankton to all his relatives, Plankton calls them to a meeting and explains his plan, promising them all the root beer they can drink if they help.

Just as the Krusty Krab is about to close, Plankton and his relatives come charging in. After trapping Mr. Krabs, they open the safe containing the Krabby Patty secret formula. Plankton takes it out of the safe and Mr. Krabs begs him not to read it, telling him, "There are some things in this world that weren't meant for mortal eyes!" Plankton made a correction of his only mortal "eye" as he refuses to listen and reads out the formula anyway:

1. A pinch of salt
2. 3 tsp. chopped onions
3. A cup of love
4. 4 heaping lb. of freshly ground plankton

Horrified, Mr. Krabs remarked that he warned Plankton about it before he runs out of the Krusty Krab and back home to the Chum Bucket, screaming at the top of his lungs, and his relatives follow suit after reading the recipe (except for Clem, who is illiterate; Mr. Krabs sends him off). When Squidward and Mr. Krabs are safe (and SpongeBob returns from cleaning the men's room from before), Squidward asks if Plankton is really the secret ingredient but Krabs tells his employees that the formula Plankton read is just a fake and that Plankton with his family will most likely figure this out and come back for the real one. He gloats that the real formula is hidden somewhere where nobody, not even Plankton, will be able to find it. Squidward then correctly guesses where it is; at Mr. Krabs' house under his mattress, and Mr. Krabs runs home in horrifying, yelling, "Curse you, Squidward!"

Frozen Throne

Many months have passed since Archimonde and the Burning Legion were defeated at the Battle of Mount Hyjal.

The stalwart night elves, led by the Arch-Druid Malfurion Stormrage and the Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind, have vanished back into the shadows of Ashenvale Forest, intent on healing the ancient lands that were scarred by the legion's vile corruption.

The battle-weary orcish Horde, led by the idealistic Warchief Thrall, has settled in the harsh eastern hills of the Kalimdor Barrens. Finally able to claim a homeland of their own, the orcs work tirelessly to found and protect their new nation of Durotar.

The human survivors of Lordaeron, under the command of the Sorceress Jaina Proudmoore, have also settled along the eastern cost of the Barrens. The island citadel of Theramore was erected to safeguard the ragtag remnants of the failing human Alliance.

And Arthas, the newly crowned king of Lordaeron, has driven the undead Scourge to eradicated the last vestiges of resistance to his iron rule. His kingdom, the once-proud bastion of human might and nobility has become a plagued realm of death and sorrow. Now, driven by haunting visions of the Frozen Throne of Icecrown, Arthas plans to lighten his grip over the rest of the world.

Still, one dark soul remains at large. For in some shadowed corner of the world, the wayward creature known as Illidan Stormrage plots... and waits.
